Manteca Aquatics (MA) is a member of USA Swimming, located 60 miles South of Sacramento and 60 miles East of San Francisco in the San Joaquin Valley of California. The team consists of members ranging in age from 6 to 18 years old.

Manteca Aquatics offers a year-round competitive program for swimmers of every ability. We build success through hard work, team interaction, and self-discipline. Our purpose is to provide all participating athletes with the opportunity to achieve their maximum potential, consistent with their level of commitment and motivation. We provide an atmosphere of spirited competition, positive attitude and self-image, and superior sportsmanship for our athletes.

	How to add a New Page to Your Web 1. Open a page that has the layout the way you want it. 2. Go to File and then Save As. 3. Save the page under a new name.
	How to rename a page In Navigation view, right-click the page for which you want to change the label, click Rename on the shortcut menu, and then edit the name.
	How to delete a page In Folder List, right-click the page you want to delete and click "Delete".
	How to replace the flash text 1. If you open the flash_text.txt file included in the web folder in FrontPage program, you will find the following codes; &main_01_A=Your comapny slogan 1-A here! &main_01_B=Your comapny slogan 1-B here! &main_01_C=Your comapny slogan 1-C here! &main_02_A=Your comapny slogan 2-A here! &main_02_B=Your comapny slogan 2-B here! &main_02_C=Your comapny slogan 2-C here! &main_03_A=Your comapny slogan 3-A here! &main_03_B=Your comapny slogan 3-B here! &main_03_C=Your comapny slogan 3-C here! &main_04_A=Your comapny slogan 4-A here! &main_04_B=Your comapny slogan 4-B here! &main_04_C=Your comapny slogan 4-C here! 2. Do not change or delete the “&main_(number)_(alphabet)=” area. Just change the text to what you want to add and then save.
	How to replace the flash images Below images files are used for the flash movies in this template: - image_main_01.jpg - image_main_02.jpg - image_main_03.jpg - image_main_04.jpg 1. In order to replace the image with your own, you simply need to create your own image in Photoshop and save the name of your image file as same as the original. Note: If you save your image file using the "Save As" menu in Photoshop, somehow the images in the flash menu doesn't get replaced. What we have found out is if you compress the quality of image to 80% or greater, where the image size is 20k or above then the image is not displayed in the flash movie. So, please compress the quality of your images down to 70% using the "Save for Web" function in Photoshop. 2. Copy and paste your image files into the "images" folder. 3. Images in the flash banners will be automatically replaced with your own.
